The house is on four levels. The top level is a rooftop deck with a water hose and a shaded table. Floors 3 and 2 are ne Positive: Lovely position, beautiful sea views, great public & private beach (2 mins walk), very practical. Excellent blackout curtains. Large two-car garage keeps your car cool. Negative: Most windows were quite problematic to open and close, though enjoyable when working.
